Main achievements:• Advising European and International Financial Institutions and successful closing several recovery and restructuring projects in Ukraine;• Successful closing of the transactions relating to fund raising by different Ukrainian companies locally and from abroad;• Participation as a Ukrainian legal counsel in the biggest debt restructuring project in Ukraine regarding one of the agricultural companies.
