Ann Rees has been designing and making beautifully handmade leather products for dogs, horses and country folk since 1987.Twenty six years ago a resourceful and creative young mum embarked on a business which would allow her the freedom to always be at home for her children. Year on year her business has grown thanks to customer recommendations and word of mouth rather than extensive marketing and flashy advertising, and thus she is still trading in 2014. She still runs her business from a garden workshop, now with the help of her daughter, Carla, and continues to happily toil away for her ever expanding band of loyal, and increasingly international, customers.Dog products have now formed the core of her business for the past 15 years. She makes a range of different styles of collars, leads and coats and by constantly adapting and expanding her product range, as well as her complete committment to producing beautifully handmade and exceptionally durable products, she continues to thrive despite the explosion of retailers in the pet industry of late. In addition to dogs, she makes a numbers of very popular equestrian products: balancing reins; seat savers; waterproof and leather riding chaps; and has also made bespoke orders for use in falconry, gamekeeping, shooting, Search&Rescue and police dog training.

  Ann has dedicated the past 26 years to her craft and is now a master of her trade. All of our products are handmade to order, from start to finish, by us - Ann and Carla. As much as possible we try to source our materials from British suppliers, especially other small and family businesses.As well as selling our products online and wholesaling to other select retailers, we regularly exhibit at shows starting with Crufts in March through to Discover Dogs in November.
