I am a crossover administrative, office management, program/project coordinator with a field of expertise most recently in the healthcare quality improvement arena. Previous positions have provided me with experience in a variety of areas including budget creation/management; staff supervision; quality improvement techniques; educational event planning and; organization and facilitation of special projects. Additional areas of expertise include copy writing/proofing, content development, and newsletter development (electronic and print).My organizational abilities are complemented by my writing skills. I am a top-notch copy writer/proofer and newsletter editor (both electronic and print). I am comfortable in the publishing world; working with graphic artists and printers to produce and distribute newsletters, calendars, etc. I have also written articles for local newspapers as well as participated in the production of an annual community benefit report and a corporate yearbook.I am knowledgeable about the healthcare quality improvement world and work being done by physicians, nursing homes, hospitals and other leaders in the healthcare arena to take better care of healthcare consumers.I thoroughly enjoy working with many different partners and team members where I can use my interpersonal skills to build relationships.
