Dr. Ann W. Davis is a leadership consultant for 21st century education. She has served as a Senior Implementation Methodology Support Executive for Pearson, Education, Inc. She is a retired Clinical Associate Professor in the Educational Leadership and Cultural Foundations Department at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Dr. Davis’ background includes: Teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, High School Turnaround Portfolio Manager, Central Office Senior Executive, 1:1 Project Manager and Process Analysis and Alignment Consultant. She has served as a Senior Program Associate for Leadership Services Inc., Senior Leadership Consultant for The Center of Excellence for Research, Teaching and Learning at Wake Forest University and Personalized Learning Senior Support Executive for Pearson, Education Inc.

She has vast experience in leadership development, data analysis, strategic planning, classroom walkthrough design & feedback, coaching and change management.Dr. Davis is nationally recognized as North Carolina’s 2006 High School Principal of the Year by the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP). She is author of the 1:1 implementation framework adapted by the USDOE Epic-Ed.In January 2017, Dr. Davis participated in a 21st century learning spaces and personalized learning conference in Hong Kong and Beijing, China. In fall 2014, she served as a U.S. Delegate to Finland with the National Association of Secondary School Principals Association (NASSP) on a twelve day Excellence in Teaching and Learning Study Tour to Helsinki, Sipoo and Porvoo. She also served as a U.S. Delegate to Australia with the International Society of Technology in Education (ISTE) in fall 2012 for an eighteen day study tour of technology in education in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney, Australia.
