• Production lead and document control liaison to successfully manage part number requests, production checks, and documentation release/archive of all deliverables (video/PDF/HTML/mobile) on Oracle Help center (OHC). In this role, I also successfully managed the transition to Oracle processes for publishing, archiving, and uploading all new and legacy documentation on Oracle portals and am taking constant initiatives for process improvement to publish customer accessible and high quality, usable documentation online.• Worked extensively with the team's information architect to develop hardware templates and organized source topics into a domain oriented classification to facilitate subject oriented re-use as opposed to the book model. • Created hardware documentation from scratch (Service Guide [Customer+Field] and Installation Guide) for Oracle’s SAN/NAS storage product Oracle Flash Storage System (Released 2014) and responsible for making constant updates, initiating reviews, structural changes etc. in these books for subsequent releases.• Created all hardware documentation (Installation and service manuals) from scratch for Oracle Flash Storage replication product (Oracle MaxRep for SAN) and then mentored a new writer to take over the project.• Modified service and install content (for Oracle Flash Storage) and (Oracle MaxRep for SAN) for delivery on mobile devices (tablets/phones) to enable effective usage in the field and dark sites.• Coordinated with cross-functional and cross-product teams within Oracle for decisions on key issues for documentation projects during the "new" product development phase for Oracle Flash Storage and created doc plans, identified graphic requirements, and worked with external contractors for deliverables.

Pillar Data Systems was a small storage start-up acquired by Oracle Corporation where I had the:• Sole ownership of the Pillar Axiom storage hardware and replication product documentation (Service Guide, Installation Guide and the Cabling Guide). Made continuous improvements to existing documentation using the principles of information reuse and improved customer satisfaction by conducting field interviews and restructuring content to support findings. Documentation tools used: Epic ArborText editor and Astoria Content Management system (CMS). • Production lead: Responsible for performing production verification on documentation, uploading documentation on support portals and coordinating with engineering services (Doc Control) for the final release.

• Worked on leading clustering product, Veritas Cluster Server and responsible for the technical documentation of the quarterly released Veritas Cluster Server replication agent pack. This includes primary ownership of all Veritas disaster recovery agent guides across platforms such as Windows, UNIX (all flavors) and ESX environments.
