I have extensive experience in area of project controls on multi-discipline large projects including Underground Road Tunnel, Large Hospital Project, LNG gas plants, CSG gas plants, Coal Processing Plants, Nickel refinery, Zinc concentrator, Aluminium refinery and cement plants. I have worked on pre-feasibility, feasibility, construction and commissioning phases of major projects.I have vast experience in the area of Project Planning using Primavera P6. I have worked in the areas of engineering and construction planning - developing detailed feasibility study and implementation schedules, construction and commissioning schedules, resource histograms, S-Curves, productivity analysis, variance analysis, exception reports etc. I add value to the project by producing high quality integrated CPM schedule with primary focus on achieving project milestones and accurate float analysis. I advise the project managers on the risks affecting critical path(s) and the actions required to stay on track throughout the project life cycle.I have good experience in conducting Probabilitistic Range Analysis using Pertmaster software, producing probabilistic schedules and finish date charts.I have lot of experience in the field of Project Cost Controls & Change Management . I maintain regular follow-up with the engineering, procurement and construction teams to identify trends arising out of design development, scope changes, price, productivity or schedule.I use earn-value method for progress measurement based on key cost drivers e.g. hours and quantities. I regularly monitor and control hours on the project and conduct productivity analysis to facilitate necessary action at an early stage.I have used CMS and Prolog cost control database systems along with SAP and Ellipse financial control systems.I enjoy mentoring, training and developing project controls team members.I develop project controls guidelines and procedures for study and construction projects.
