Chief Technical Officer for a fast growing company that provides Excel services for Oil Fields, Foreign Governments, Local Governments and private sector in IRAQ across whole country, via Satellite, Fiber using Wireless and Microwave in the last mile.

Assumed leading role in managing various projects within the NOC to create process/procedures and documentation aimed at improving the response time in resolving network security and customer issues. Develop initiatives to improve operability and quality of service of the Intelsat GXS network and servers. Provide Level 2 support the Network Operation Center (NOC) for the diagnostic, troubleshooting, and resolution of network and customer Satellite and terrestrial circuit anomalies• Support for DNS systems using Anycast servers for Service provider’s networks, experience with BIND and Incognito software solutions on Linux/Solaris OS.
