The Children and War Foundation (CAW) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to improving children’s lives after wars and disasters. When disasters and war strike, so many children are affected. CAW has developed methods which enable us to reach out to large groups of children by helping them cope with their fear and trauma.

Senior consultant in one of Norways leading management consulting companies. Going from a junior consultant to senior consultant, via managament consultant, in just one year. Awarded with the company value award in my first year, and breaking several other company records. I also led the crisis management through the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic. Also responsible for the digital transition that was necessary to keep the business going. This resulted in all time high results, and a record high number of new customers. Student Ambassador for the Master of Management programme in Australia and Europe. Representing the university on different events.

► Young Green Agents was founded in January 2017.► Our goal: make newly educated employees in the financial sector competent to make decisions that contributes to a sustainable future. Achievement: ► We worked with NORSIF (Norsk forum for ansvarlige og bærekraftige investeringer), where we completed a student survey in March 2017, about how finance students feel capable to go out in the business world and make socially responsible decisions. The report concluded that students are aware of the importance of socially responsible decisions in the future, but where they feel that they are not getting the correct skill set to perform these decisions.

Main tasks: ► Help out customers who is contacting the bank through phone, mail and chat► Sell bank products to customers► Shift manager during evening shifts and weekendsAchievements:► Number 1 seller for the summer period in 2015► During my four years, I have outperformed my selling budget for each year► Part of the team that got rewarded "Best customer service for the bank industry in Norway"

► Working for Sparebanken Vest during vacations and in spare time► Main task to help out customers that needs help with banking problems over the desk.

► Representing the Norwegian Conservative Party (Høyre) after the local election in 2015.► Main task to lead the opposition, create alternative budgets and negotiate with the position. ► Main goal: Be a political party that is active and front cases that the public find important.

► Leading a group of 20 people.► A place where members of the party can discuss politics the group will front.

► Mayoral candidate for the Norwegian Conservative party in the 2015 local election.► One of the youngest candidate in the country. ► Represented the national Conservative party in several cases on national news and radio ► Resulted in being the largest opposition party.

► Founder, general manager, finance manager and project leader.► Goal behind the festival: to arrange a youth festival to celebrate 50 years of the municipality of Bømlo. ► A challenging project where I wanted to develop and to challenge myself.► Close cooperation with the municipality of Bømlo and Bømlo voluntary central (Bømlo frivilligsentral)► Booked and made contracts with big Norwegian artists such as Nico & Vinz, Cir.Cuz and more.Achievements: ► The festival became the largest youth festival in the history of the region.► The festival sold over 500 tickets with a budget of 500 000 NOK, making a profit. ► Great feedback from artists, suppliers and customers.
