CurrentAns is a very experienced test manager/ consultant with a commercial and business orientated background. Ans is in the area of testing completely T-map certified. She is also certified in ISTQB (foundation & Practitioner) in Prince2 BISLand ITIL Foundation. Ans has over 5 years test management experience in the areas of writing test cases and executing functional/user acceptance testing (semantics, syntactic, dataflow) as well as executing interface testing. Furthermore she has guided other testers. Ans has been the lynchpin between testers and developers mostly in international projects. Her projects were in the automotive sector specifically systems orientated around ordering, planning and invoicing. The projects were executed on behalf of several BMW departments as well in the Netherlands as other countries (Germany, Sweden, Finland, Romania, Czech Republic, China, USA etc.). Alongside this she also has experience with semi government where she conducted technical tests. Ans is not only specialised in the area of testing, but is also someone who is very capable of analysing, optimizing and describing processes. This in combination with her excellent system knowledge makes her very capable of educating users and key-users in changed systems and/or processes. She did a lot of trainings for the automotive sector (BMW) all over Europe.Her characteristics are very persistent, pragmatic mentality and tact. Alongside this she is a real team player with a natural ability to be very coordinated. Her greatest strength and determining factor of her success in the last few years, is her capacity to have insight in important processes and their systems, and correlations within a short time.
