Cloud Operations Engineer - I
CurrentAs a CloudOps Engineer, my daily duties include:- Monitor and respond to critical infrastructure or security-related alerts.- Help set up and configure cloud infrastructure on behalf of customers.- Action requests for changes and other service requests apart from regular maintenance and patching operations of cloud infrastructure.- Operate the Managed Service platform and collaborate with internal service teams to meet our customers' individual needs for their infrastructure and application deployments.- Troubleshoot application deployments, recreate customer issues, and build proof of concept applications apart from applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers' individual needs- Work on critical, extraordinarily complex customer problems that will span multiple AWS services.- Help build and maintain Cloud Formation templates, and scripts to automate and deploy AWS resources and configuration changes.- Collaborate and help build utilities and tools for internal use that enable us to operate safely at high speed and wide scale.- Leverage day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams.- Drive customer communication during critical events.
