Working in Concentrix client site and giving remote support to end users and resolve issue within SLA.Work on Tickting Tools, Active Directory,Office 365, Azure Directory,VPN Configuration, troubleshooting laptop and desktops,installations of apps,

• Giving support through phone, remote and at user desk.• Ticket logging for call and take follow up with users.• Worked as an escalation point for Management of functions like Incident Management and• ensured their bridging, including initiation of any necessary escalations and business impacting issues.• Working on maintaining and troubleshooting Windows desktop and laptop.• Working on monitoring tools, AD support and ticketing tool.• Support the following technologies MS Office 2013 & 2016, Windows 7, Windows 10.• Support Desktops, laptops, VPN, printers, networked copier, Lotus Notes, Sametime• messenger, Cisco applications.• Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support calls.• Manage & maintain of user’s issues & service ensuring that they receive resolution within a• reasonable timeframe.• VPN configuration with hard token and RSA import.• Apply OS patches, McAfee antivirus patches and updates on a regular basis.
