My responsibilities included:-Technical support to all 9 ACC plants for co-processing new waste streams for effective and safe utilization of present waste.- Conducting technical assessments for different AFR materials for their suitability for co-processing with the cement manufacturing process and monitoring trial burns for Nivea (Trade Reject), Sulzon (GMR waste), SKF(Grinding Sludge), Toyota Kirloskar (Grinding Sludge) waste on CPCB guidelines. - Handled regulatory aspect of AFR in terms of following up with the Pollution Control Boards.- Worked as Project Manager for Zero Fuel Cost at ACC - Madukkarai plant. Conducted assessment for various AFR materials for suitability with the cement-manufacturing process and monitoring trial burn, coordinating between internal and external stakeholders.

Worked as Territory Executive at Kota, Rajasthan to manage a range of tasks involving technical and marketing aspects for Cooling Water & Boiler Water Treatment.- Managed a range of tasks involving technical and marketing aspects for Cooling Water, Boiling Water and R.O. Water treatment in Rajasthan region at Chambal Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd, and Sriram fertilizers Ltd Kota, contract worth of 2 crs/yr.- Inspecting healthy working of Heat ex-changers as well as identifying and handling problems related to corrosion, scaling etc.
