The organization for managing the operations and maintenance has been put in place.Responsibilities:- Analysis of the Program and the sub-projects (15); identification of weaknesses and initiation and monitoring of measurements- Support the defining of the Program Organization- Support the defining of the Governance (incl. Operating Model, responsibilities of the boards and the interfaces)- Verify Project Management practices and assure the information can be consolidated on the program level- Define Processes (Risk Management, Change Management, Cost Management, Scope Management, ...)- Organization of Mock-Audits (incl. coordination of realization of measures) and coordinate the Audit

Project Objective: Development of a system to gather, analyze and present information of photovoltaic plants. The system contains three components. The communication module running on the inverters to send energy data over the internet. A server receiving the data and enables customers to view the performance of their plants in a web portal and/or mobile application. The third component was the web registration of the customers and their devices with an interface to the service management tool used for user authentication and for being able to provide first class customer support.
