My role was to assist the high performance team throughout the duration of the 2021/22 NPL Victoria season. My role primarily consisted of instructing and delivering fitness and rehabilitation programs for the senior team under the supervision of the teams head exercise physiologist as well as the instruction and delivery of strength and conditioning sessions. Additional roles included helping run the teams warmups before training and game day and analysing player GPS data.

Primary roles included prescription and delivery of one-on-one and group sessions that were focussed on building strength, fitness and improving balance to assist with falls prevention given the demographic of the clientele.
