I have over 20 years of experience in the Customer Service industry. I have worked in the Benefits Administration arena for 10 years. I have currently become a Texas Notary as of April 2018. I have a strong passion to educate and motivate individuals in becoming more efficient and successful. I am Currently working with Workforce Solutions as a Job Developer where I am working with employers and employees to make a employment match happen intern or full time. I have recently taken the role of Center Manager for the East of of Workforce Solutions.
