Broad spectrum of responsibilities surrounding the day to day operations of two restaurants, currently responsible for overseeing a team of four managers and 50+ employees. Hiring/ Firing, employee development, inventing & implementation of new processes/procedures, leading goal oriented weekly management meetings, budget focused ordering and labor goal oriented scheduling, internal affairs & problem resolution, human resources, customer & vendor relations, product sourcing, multi-facetted troubleshooting.

Overall operation of business fell under my responsibility. Customer relations, accessory sales & installation, scheduling, advertising, sourcing & material acquisition, hiring, firing & disciplinary actions, project management, skilled labor.

Responsibilities as Store Manager included but were not limited to, opening/closing procedures, daily deposits, till set-up & reports, managing up to 40+ employees at a time, dealing with all customer concerns & issues, receiving & inventory mgmt, etc. As head of the workwear department I acquired all wares, referenced sales reports, dealt with corporate/ government accounts, merchandising of goods as well as scheduling for 20+ employees, also coordinating & representing our company at multiple expos.
