I had to embody a range of Disney Characters, and create magical moments for Guests. I had to adopt the attitude of each character in every respect and reach out to greet children and adults throughout the Resort. The interaction/customer service from myself as a character with Guests offers them an unforgettable moment with one their favourite Disney Characters. I had to Play my role, sign autographs and pose for photos or videos with Guests.

As a make-up artist for Benefit Cosmetics I had to ensure that customers are given a quality service by keeping a tidy and presentable counter. I had to advise customers by utilising expert knowledge and describing and demonstrating the full product range. It was important to be well presented and to have a friendly and talkative personality as the job required a lot of interpersonal communication. I recommended products to suit a customer’s colouring, skin-type and face shape and demonstrated the use of products, for example by giving facials applying make-up and performing full Make-overs. I was required to keep records of regular customers in order to provide a personalised service. Working at Benefit Cosmetics has helped me to obtain a high level of customer service that has been catered for a prestigious brand.

At peacocks I worked as a Sales Assistant/ Personal shopper, at peacocks I was required to give exceptional customer service and was faced with a variety of customers. I had to make sure the shop floor was clean and help in maintaining that. I had to make sure that the display units and shelving was stocked accurately with the correct items and was stocked with appropriate sizes and that stock was kept topped up in a stylish way. As the stores personal shopper I had to approach the customers in a different way and become more like a friend to them rather to a sales assistant, I assessed the customers likes and dislikes and personality traits to influence my incentive into what styles and outfits I would display to my customer to ensure that the client was satisfied with what I had recommended to them.
