Mr. Bernal began his oil and gas career with an energy focused private equity firm where he participated in the formation and capital sourcing of multiple direct participation investment vehicles targeting a wide array of energy and natural resource related acquisitions to include; oil and gas working interests, natural gas pipelines, and cannbis grow farms in California. Mr. Bernal has 10 years of energy industry experience and has helped organize, structure, and sourced funding for over 75MM in various projects. He credits his ambition and professional achievements to being raised in a military family with strong ethical values and to his personal military experience in which his natural leadership ability was refined and perfected throughout his Marine Corps career and has attracted top tier executive management to include some of the most accomplished and recognized fortune 500 executive managers.
