CurrentAble to work with a Sales Manager or Branch Manager and prospective loan applicants to achieve loan approval and subsequent closing in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. Generate leads for business and reach established sales goals. Represent The Mortgage Firm, Inc. in the local community through active participation in community affairs and participate in marketing all of our products and services.Verify and complete all required fields on the application documents as well as in Encompass; secure all proper required signatures and dates as needed; Obtain all documentation and support information as required by the product(s) and loan program(s); Provide loan disclosures that comply with federal, state, agency and/or investor guidelines; Seek out and build relationships with third party business partners in the immediate community such as real estate agents, title companies, home builders, financial planners, etc.Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills, Proficient in Encompass and Microsoft Outlook, have a strong working knowledge of standard loan products offered by FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC.
