I'm having too much fun at Collibra! Here's what I've been up to:- Within my first 6 months at Collibra, I actively sourced and recruited 25 Collibrians ranging from SWE, Production Engineering, DevOps, DBRE, and Technical Project Management without the use of agencies. - I am now handling all recruiting for our Production Engineering hiring initiatives ranging from SRE to Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Architecture, and DevOps. - Built out our first SRE team, our first NOC team, and dramatically scaled our Production & Infrastructure Engineering teams.- Hired our first DBRE who was then promoted to manage the Performance Engineering team.- Recruited a Senior Principal Cloud Architect to spearhead our FedRAMP initiative.- Sourced and recruited 3 Apache Pulsar-focused DevOps Engineers, and grew both our Identity Access Management and L3 teams. - Still get pulled into SWE from time to time though! ;)

After building out Relus Cloud’s Delivery Team (AWS Premier Consulting Partner), they were acquired by an enterprise Cloud Consulting organization, Cloudreach. ReluTech Talent Solutions was born from Relus Cloud. Our team helped build an IT consultancy consisting of Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, Big Data Architects/Engineers, and AWS Solutions Architects, all while continuing to deliver quality IT talent to our customers across the country.
