2014 to Dec. 1st 2023 Cherokee Nation Entertainment/ Hard Rock International, F&B Manager Level 3. I was the General Manager of the HWY 66 Diner inside the Tulsa Hard Rock Hotel Casino, a 24 hour full service restaurant. I ran all 24 hour restaurants inside the Tulsa Hard Rock from June of 2015 through Feb. of 2016. I acted as the Room Chef and General Manager from October 2016 through April 2017. I have increased revenue in the Diner by 12% from last year, and decreased labor by 8%. The HWY 66 Diner continues to operate within the projected budget. Revenue continues to grow driven not only by our normal venue offerings, but several specialty features created by myself, and our current room Chef.

The first was at KLAS Channel 8 where I was the editor and camera operator producing news stories for the evening news. The second internship was KLVX Channel 10 where I was the editor and camera operator for commercials, Nevada Week in Review, and a live interactive show for local students on a variety of educational subjects.
