In-depth knowledge of specific materials required for teams to complete any onsite works. Also to maintain and monitor the safe control of operations for both gas and electricity connections. Communicated daily with housing developers, consultants, gas and electric providers and material suppliers to maintain excellent working relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction. Excellent experience in design and the construction of Gas, Electric, Water and fibre utilities. Main point of contact for onsite revisions to existing sites for all utilities within Inexus, these include working on behalf of organisation, Connect and Metropolitan operations. Passing on costs to developers provided by the design team for any onsite changes that were made i.e mains alterations and drawing alterations. Processed payments received from developers and authorised works to go ahead on receipt of payment.Efficiently managed the setup of multi utility projects using oracle databases to ensure relevant and accurate information was passed on to appropriate departments in a timely manner. Excellent experience in the application of gas and electricity connections communicating with gas transporters and upstream DNO’s UK wide. Extensive AutoCAD experience and excellent knowledge of internal utility mapping systems and external utility mapping systems provided by Wales & West utilities, National Grid, Northern Gas Networks and SSE. Working appreciation of design tools such as Telcordia Network Engineer, SynerGEE and WinDEBUT.
