I Posess extensive knowledge of cold chain management, and USDA standards, for both foriegn and domestic produce. Skilled in the art of fruit ripening of; Bananas, Pears, Kiwi, Melons, and Mangoes. My responsibilities have also included the set-up, teaching, training, and development, of numerous in-store produce departments, and the associates who maintain these departments.I have received valuable training in the field of produce inspection,and that, combined with my constant interaction with both federal and state agencies, has given me a keen insight to both quality, and condition, standards.
