• Supporting MRT identification and year-end award processes• Support the preparation of remuneration regulatory reports and disclosures• Supporting the preparation of materials for local remuneration committees and boards across EMEA• Partnering with colleagues in EMEA and globally to deliver specific compensation regulatory projects• Staying up to date on relevant regulations across the UK & EU and helping ensure that the bank’s remuneration policies are compliant• Ensuring appropriate governance and controls, and documentation of internal compliance assessments• Other regulatory and compensation ad hoc projects and research

· Liaise with the client as well as Salesperson/Marketer to establish valuation requirements.· Administer access for clients to the self-serve valuations portal and monitor/update user preferences where necessary.· Manage manual exception processes for the valuations that cannot currently be supported via the portal; and distribute accurate valuation statements in a timely manner.· Investigate valuation queries across the different product groups by extracting data from various systems & liaising with Middle Office.· Enhance the control framework of the team, working with the Front Office and Middle Office groups to establish robust threshold checks and exception tracking processes for each product the group supports.· Provide subject matter expertise for technology deliverables, performing testing, and contributing to post-implementation reviews.· Provide top class customer service as it relates to client’s valuation statement, responding to client needs & queries in an efficient manner; participate in customer services initiatives.· Actively participate in a number of ad hoc tasks associated with MIS reporting, process improvement initiatives, testing, & on the job/ in house training & job shadowing.
