I have a passion for educating and training the next generation, helping them to develop key skills to utilise in the leisure industry whether customer facing or Team Managing.I have a professional management style and lead by example, Also a caring and supporting demeanor and pride myself in ensuring confidentiality is maintained enabling individuals to trust and confide in me.I have grown and expanded my knowledge by working in multiple departments from reception, Sales, Lifeguarding, Swim Teaching, Rookie Instructor, Soft Play Reception and Cafe Resecptionist, Team Leader, Duty Manager. All of these roles has expanded my understanding and each brought there own challenges which I have overcome and made me the Operations Manager I am today.
