Since joining Openreach in 2017, I have progressed through a series of roles, developing a strong expertise in Fibre to the Premises (FTTP), Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC), Fibre to the Node (FTTN), and Ethernet solutions. I conduct Construction Design and Management (CDM) checks to ensure that contractors comply with health, safety, and environmental standards, and that the network is built to high quality and cost-effectiveness standards. I support field engineering teams, resolve on-the-day issues, and drive FTTP delivery into planning to bring fibre services to market efficiently.I am proficient in analyzing OTDR test results, conducting quality audits, managing complex systems (LLUMS, Piper, Phoenix, Cosmoss, SharePoint), and providing valuable feedback to enhance network reliability and efficiency.
