-Prepare meals for up to 200 students and 30 staff daily-Create weekly menus-Strict adherence to dietary needs-Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation-Assist with ordering and inventory for the kitchen and also for the chateau in general

-Maintain inventory logs-communicate with vendors and farms-Supervise ten employees-Ensure accurate records of all product entering and leaving the building-Prepare various plants and materials for processing and shipping

-prepare all dim sum for full service restaurant-maintain all mise en place for all items-train new staff in methods of preparation-manage inventory and ordering for restaurant-research and learn new techniques related to traditional Chinese cuisine
