Responsible and accountable for growing and managing national strategic accounts and acting as a point person for line of business expansion and penetration within the respective accounts. As a Strategic Account Executive I am responsible for managing the strategic sales engagement process. Position Summary•Develops and executes a rollout plan for all new strategic accounts.•Manages gross margin within assigned accounts.•Manages contract renewal and updates.•Supports Vice President, Strategic Accounts during the presentation and closing process for new accounts.•Manages overall customer relationship, dealing with customer’s highest buying levels•Coordinates interactions with regional and local offices of customer.•Develops specific account strategies to penetrate other lines of business locally and Canada-wide•Facilitates information flow between accounts and the Company•Establishes and conducts procurement business reviews•Penetrates strategic accounts with other lines of business and Canada-wide, and be the point person for line of business expansion.•Develops annual business plans and budgets for all product lines related to assigned strategic accounts.Develops and delivers presentations to prospective areas within an existing strategic account.•Continually reviews the performance of each client location pertaining to strategic account penetration.•Establish and conduct quarterly reviews for each assigned strategic account.
