I am a Lead Behavior Technician at California Spectrum Services; I have been there 4 years. I love working with children and helping with their development. I am also an Early Start Technician; I help children under the age of 3 with their development as well. I have acquired a lot of skills while I have been here at CSS. I am able to apply copious amounts of ABA strategies to help children with autism. These strategies include: shaping, chaining, mand training, positive reinforcement, negative reinforcement and pairing. I have acquired office skills at CSS as well. I keep all clients' files organized and I am able to read client files with efficiency and apply the information to my direct sessions. I have also learned to write reports for the clients that I provide sessions for.
