I am currently working as server and host. My job consists of me preparing the dining room and getting some supplies ready for the night. Once the dinner starts I am in charge of serving customers, cleaning and preparing tables, and of course cleaning for close. as a host, my job can become a bit more social. I answer the phone for reservations and take out orders, and have to assign tables to people as they come in. This job has shown me a quick pace of doing work, and of still being able to satisfy customers while dealing with the difficulties of kitchen work.

At this job I was a personal assistant to a real estate agent. I mostly handled making and adjusting his schedule, handling any calls or appointments, and also trying to get buyers. I would also help set up open houses and help with their marketing by making flyers, updating social media, and responding to current and potential clients. At this job I gained a great understanding of real estate, and also how to help people on the phone. Face to face communication and on the phone communication can be different, and I improved both skills at this job. I also became extremely organized as my work was for someone else to understand, not just myself.

This was my first job in high school. I was a part timer who worked in the stock room. This consisted of me moving box by box to make sure new shipments fit and were organized. I was also a seller and became a key holder once I turned 18 due to my social skills and because I always achieved my sales goals. I became a manager at 19 and was a manager of 4 different stores. Managing was an experience of handling a team of 8-15 employees. I also handled hiring, terminating, making schedules, and making sure to over achieve our sales goal.Achievement: As a store manager, in the first quarter of fiscal year 2017, my team and I in Del Amo had the number 1 sales increased percentage in our company's regional district.
