Responsible for the delivery of SAC.com (Schwab Advisor Center) projects (~$11M) and maintenance (~$5.5M). Led Quality Assurance teams to realize $800,000 annually in project and maintenance productivity savings. Utilized leadership and project management skills to influence enhancement to project roadmaps/plans and critical deliverable checklist to increase organizations ability to deliver on its commitments.

FASG Adaptive (10/12 – Present):Responsible for leading a technical IT application team in maintaining application software, executive software, infrastructure software and hardware current and best in the industry in providing system availability, performance, and cost effectiveness. Utilize leadership skills, project management, and IT technical skills to ensure team remains on task, collaborates well with IT Operations, Testing and Enterprise Infrastructure teams. FASG Small Mods (7/08 – 10/12)):Led an IT development team, which encompassed the entire software development lifecycle. This included utilizing IT technical knowledge, project management skills (validated business requirements/resource allocation/managed costs/managed deliverables), change management skills, and successfully building social capital and trust with stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle process. Conceived, executed and institutionalized a strategic maintenance enhancement process to efficiently and effectively implement business productivity efforts which provided significant cost avoidance of $4.7M (1st year) and $7.7M (2nd year). Availability Command Center (4/07 – 7/08):Recognized leader in implementing, maturing, and improving the Availability Command Center (ACC) processes and procedures, which led to improved USAA system availability. This included the physical build out of the new ACC facility. During this time period I mentored and supported two new managers in fulfilling the business management role for the ACC phase I and II projects. The ACC phase I and II projects delivered the ACC security application and the Offshore ACC facility, enabling 3rd party contractors to support USAA production systems availability and return to service activities. The Offshore ACC represented a costs savings of $7.8 million the first year, and an estimated $15.3 million the second year in 3rd party rate differential alone.
