As an Office/Warehouse Manager at Andries Construction LLC, I have an extensive range of responsibilities. One of my primary duties is to assist the Owner and the President in the daily operations of the Generac dealership. This includes managing the inventory of Generac generators in the warehouse, registering and applying Generac generator warranties, and handling all new, current, and renewal of our Maintenance Agreements (contracts).In addition to these duties, I also play a vital role in driving Generac generator sales. I do this by contacting potential customers for an in-home consultation, where I showcase the benefits of having a Generac generator and answer any questions they may have. I also help write estimates for inquiries interested in a Generac Generator, detailing the costs and benefits of owning one.Another significant part of my role is managing accounts and billing. This includes ensuring that all accounts are up to date and that all customers have paid their bills in full. Additionally, I am responsible for taking in all deliveries related to the Generac dealership, ensuring that all items are logged into inventory correctly, and filing all paperwork accordingly.Principally, my role at Andries Construction LLC is essential to the success of the Generac dealership. I take pride in ensuring that aspects of the dealership run smoothly and that our customers are satisfied with the products and services we provide.

In my role as a Sales Supervisor, I provided excellent customer service to our clientele and ensured that their needs were met before leaving the store. I was entrusted with the responsibility of being a key holder, which involved opening and closing the store and ensuring its security.
