I am also an informatics graduate from Ivy Tech where I gained experience in IT fundamentals and data management. My expertise includes risk management, PowerShell, and active directory.My professional experience as a retail sales manager has allowed me to hone important skills transferable to the tech industry, such as customer service, teamwork, and quality assurance.My colleagues would describe me as a resourceful individual who maintains a positive, professional attitude.Currently, I am looking to develop a career in cybersecurity and IT. Specific fields of interest include SOC teams, Pen-testing, cybersecurity engineer and cybersecurity analyst.
