Lencare Services is a new care company that provides support and care to people in the community, founded and directed by me, a healthcare consultant with over 30 years of experience in the care sector. My mission is to deliver quality social care and support that meets the needs and preferences of each individual, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.As a healthcare consultant, I also assist other care providers with various aspects of their business, such as regulatory requirements, business development, staffing, and day-to-day operations. I have a proven track record of setting up and managing successful care services, both in the residential and home care sectors. I have a Level 5 Diploma in Business Management, a City and Guilds 325/3 Diploma in Advanced Management for Care, and I am a member of the Chartered Management Institute and the National Skills Academy Social Care. I have expertise in new business development, team building, and training and development. I am passionate about people and love meeting and talking to others. I am a Christian and a spiritualist, and I enjoy learning and bettering myself both academically and emotionally.
