The Project:This solution is for Financial Advisors in Wealth Management Space, to manage their High Networth Contacts and have a 360 degree view with complete insights of the contact to support in their Personal Financial decisions. For developing this solution, Watson's cognitive computing capability along with Salesforce's Cloud Platform are considered to get the analytical insights and a cloud based platform to build custom application that is appealing and user friendly.This solution would help the financial advisor to make informed decisions upon interacting with a contact like understanding their interests, getting to know their life time events, networking with contact's circle using Watson/Salesforce capabilities. This solution would source Contact information through various means (email, social etc) to salesforce and the insights information fed to watson for applying its algorithm to get the personalized list of top priority clients for an advisor to act upon on a daily basis. The source of insights include but not limited to events, emails, calls, etc. The advisor is benefited by this solution to provide quick informed recommendations to contacts for making the right decision in their personal financial investments. Activities :• Understand Wealth Management Domain• Analyze CRM systems in Wealth Management• Identify L1 Business Processes and to help create a Business Architecture• Help define user stories around Customer Acquisition, Management• Participate in Brain Storming sessions to define High level requirements to facilitate solution design at later stage.• Document solution and configure to administer the org.• Facilitate the Design , Development and Deployment.• Facilitate for UAT Testing with Test Scripts, Test Users, Test data

Performed the roles of Senior Salesforce.com Administrator / Developer. • Closely worked with SalesForce.com team while implementing the solutions for the requirements. • Designed, Implemented and deployed the Custom objects, Page layouts, Custom tabs and Components, to suit to the needs of the application. • Created Custom Objects and defined lookup and master-detail relationships on the objects and created junction objects to establish connectivity among objects. • Create various profiles and configured the permissions based on the organizational hierarchy requirements. • Implemented Apex Classes & Triggers. • Used the developer sandbox for testing and migrated the code to the deployment instance after testing. • Implemented various Custom Reports and deployed them for different business user levels. • Customized tabs among different business users groups and business centers. • Interacted with various business user groups for gathering the requirements for Sales Force implementation and documented the Business and Software Requirements

Plan Sponsor Workstation (PSW) - The Plan Sponsor Workstation is a J2EE web-based application used by account managers to setup a plan sponsor for SSHL and PHR. This also allows Simple Steps Account Managers to perform administrative functionality for a given plan sponsor, such as Health Assessment setup, manage plan sponsor’s reward program, plan sponsor messaging, logo customization, cache clearing process etc. Aggregate Reports (AGR) – Aggregate Reports [AGR] application is a web based application that generates reports for a specific plan sponsor as well as a summary report for all the plan sponsors. The Aggregate Reports contains both the web application part and batch jobs. AGR is a customizable framework used for report generation as well as displaying the reports to the end user by fetching the report contents from database. Batch Jobs are used for generation of report contents. The generated contents are then converted to user readable format and get displayed by the web application. The charts for the reports are developed dynamically using JFree chart technology and the pdf of the reports are developed dynamically using iText framework.Incentive Maintenance System (IMS) - This system is responsible for processing the user events, calculate rewards and generate reports. It is a set of batch, which will process both the online user actions and the external user actions (transferred to IMS system using FTP). This system uses the Reward program set up in the PSW application for reward calculation. This is the core system of Intelihealth project.
