While at Comcast, I held numerous positions, including Sales Coach, Regional Sales Enablement Manager, and Mid-Market Field Sales Manager. I developed and executed regional sales strategies, developed the company’s top Sales and Retention Team, and hired and led the most diverse sales team to conquer the region’s most challenging market. Most importantly, I helped every member of my sales team realize their potential and hit their quotas.After Comcast, I achieved similar feats at AT&T. I built out the Region’s Field Sales Organization to support a new service, including a 60-member sales team. My success was heralded and I was tapped to build 3 additional sales teams, each one ranking #1 in a very short period of time, again because of the individual performance of each member. As a bit of a departure, I was hired as Director of Business Development for Unitas Global, where I work collaboratively with internal and external partners to develop solutions to complex and highly technical business challenges. In addition to the multi-million-dollar pipeline I’ve built in a very short period of time, I’ve also developed robust knowledge of managed global connectivity, hybrid multi-cloud, Infrastructure, DR/BC, IaaS solutions and much more.I am a competitive, strategic, and customer-oriented leader with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
