Hi! I'm Anthony, a recent graduate of the Data Science master's program at the University of Padua, Italy, with a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from the same institution. My primary research interests lie in Mathematical Optimization and Operations Research, with a particular emphasis on combinatorial optimization and data-driven optimization. As an applied math enthusiast, I'm also deeply intrigued by Machine Learning and Deep Learning, especially in emerging areas such as Neural Differential Equations and Physics-Informed Neural Networks.Currently, I'm strongly invested in leveraging Machine Learning strategies to enhance metaheuristic algorithms for Integer Programming, aiming to develop more effective warm-start approaches.Since April, I've joined the Armenise-Harvard Farabella lab at the Italian Institute of Technology, where I'm exploring how Clustering algorithms can help decipher 3D chromatin structures from point-cloud imaging data obtained through Single Molecule Localization Microscopy (SMLM) experiments.Let's connect and share insights!
