In my current role, I oversee the department's Career Exploration vertical and liaise with two KSU colleges: the College of Science & Math and Wellstar's College of Health & Human Services. I also supervise 4 full-time Career and Internship Advisors, who provide resume review, interview coaching, and career exploration services for KSU students and alumni. In addition to meeting with students/alumni, I regularly conduct trainings on topics including, LinkedIn, networking, career exploration, job search strategies, and salary negotiation. With the aid the local and national employers, I partner with KSU's Employer Relations and Outreach team to facilitate approximately 10 career fairs per year, some hosting 2,000+ attendees.

In my current role, I instruct NACE’s 30 and 60-hour coaching certification programs, delivering comprehensive training both in-person and through virtual workshops. Specifically, I support university career center teams as they work toward certification or seek to strengthen their coaching skills. In this position, I educate practitioners on best practices, trends, and techniques to ensure they remain impactful. Throughout each program, I lead group discussions, offer coaching, and provide feedback to enhance individual coaching techniques.

In this role, I managed the residential student conduct process for 6,700 students and implemented ongoing training for 20 conduct hearing officers. I utilized the Maxient database to administer the documentation of student concerns, including but not limited to, mental health, conduct violations, and Title IX related incidents. I also served as a hiring committee chair and participated in ongoing recruitment for student, graduate, and professional staff. In this role I supervised 5 full-time staff.

Lubbock, Texas

In this role, I trained and supervised 17 undergraduate staff members and facilitated educational programming to support the growth and development of TTU students. I served on the Recruitment Committee to critique resumes, interview, host, and hire internal and external candidates. I also created weekly/monthly reports to inform stakeholders of updates, strategies, and initiatives. At TTU I participated in on-call rotation, responding to approximately 8,000 residents in 10 Residence Hall Complexes.

In this role, I provided computer and facility support for Emory students, faculty, and visitors. Weekly, I evaluated computer center policy, procedures, and facility usage, and I implemented training for 15 student staff members. As a graduate student, I served as the liaison between student employees and full-time management, and I ensured the cleanliness and upkeep of Cox Computing Center facilities.

In this role, I facilitated individual and group therapy to children and adults from culturally diverse populations. I offered therapy for difficulties relating to transition, anxiety, depression, grief, and loss, and I collaborated with a therapy team to administer assessment and treatment planning services.

In this role, I aided Dr. Monetti in the instruction of an 150-student Educational Psychology course (EDUC 2130). Utilizing the course text, I assisted in the development of teaching materials, including tests, lectures, presentations, and homework. I also engaged in 1-on-1 tutoring for students needing additional assistance. I provided online course management and performed record keeping for student grades.
