As a Pilot Instructor at PlaneSense, Inc., I ensure that incoming pilots are taught according to the regulations of the FAA and those set out by our company's FOM and GOM. I graduated from ATP Flight School with a CFII and CPL in Oct 2019, and I have been working in the aviation industry for over two years. My core competencies include flights, flying, and ground instruction, as well as communication, teamwork, and safety.In my current role, I work with a diverse and talented team of instructors, pilots, and managers, who share a passion for aviation and excellence. I contribute to the quality and efficiency of our training programs, by applying my skills and knowledge in flights, flying, and ground instruction. I also support the development and retention of our pilots, by providing feedback, guidance, and encouragement. I am motivated by the opportunity to help others achieve their goals and dreams, and to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the aviation industry.
