I came to my current employment from the National Corporation - Papa John's, with a successful experience in; delivery, preparation and distribution. At my current employment I began again at the delivery and distribution level. I quickly establish good working relations with my employer and was given the opportunity to advance. I was able to learn additional Food Preparation as well as the many daily managerial expectations of a small business. I went on to be the Assistant Manager with additional responsibilities such as; improve and modernize the company's Website, instigate a Facebook marketing campaign, manage payroll, ordering consumables and keeping inventory of stock, hiring, training and when necessary release of staff, responsible for opening and closing of the establishment as well as banking.
