I have been in manufacturing for 10 years+. I started working at Parker hannifin for 6 years where I learned how to operate and setup screw machines. I learned how to check tight tolerances and machine top of the line parts for high pressure valves. I also learned how to read blueprints and understand dimensions through gd&t. Learned and understand lean manufacturing and 5s. Increased my knowledge working at Orchid orthopedic where I learned 3,4, and 5 axis haas. Setup and operated haas and doosan mills, doosan lathes, puma lathes, robodrills, and makino wires. Learned how to read cmm reports and make offsets according to reports. From there took my knowledge and experience to structure medical where I setup and operated haas, kiwa, mazak, mikrons, and citizen swiss. Overall I’m open minded to learning new ways and new machines. I understand the importance of tight tolerance and good looking quality parts with a clean work area! Great and dedicated worker!
