I pride myself in being a strong Team Leader with impeccable communication skills, who is friendly and always determined to get the job done. My strong interpersonal and communication skills, managed with my ability to connect with people at all levels ensures I work well with people from all professions.During my career with Defence (17 years) I have deployed both in peace keeping (East Timor) and War regions (Afghanistan). My highlights have been awarded a Bronze Commendation for my contribution within the Defence Force and shortly after that being awarded the Silver Commendation for my contribution in Afghanistan as a Transport Supervisor and Team Leader of a Security Escort Team (SET) providing VIP and VVIP transport through out the Kabul regionMy training has attributed to many of my skills, including how I display professionalism while developing a proud team.
