I train teachers on hardware and software use in the classroom. This includes smart board usage, Microsoft Office applications,Ipad and Ipod usage, Internet workshops, web-quests. I also trouble shoot smart product issues in about 10 schools.Currently I am a system administrator of the RCSD eLearning platform. We use an Agilix product called BrainHoney. This position allows me to manage users and content that are loaded into our Learning Management System. This also includes course management for Online Curriculum, Online PD, AP Courses, Online Regents Review Courses and I assist in the facilitation of our eLearning Helpdesk.
