Enter door / frame information into door program, selecting correct materials and hardware per customers specifications. Order material, and hardware as needed. Sending customer detailed fab sheets to verify job is correct. Also help with scheduling, job entry, and customer service. Entering jobs into schedule, and sending jobs to the production department.

Open store, discuss customers needs, and enter orders for shop. Answer phones, and handle customer concerns, needs as needed. Provide cost, warranty, and product information for customers, and relay information for repairs, and service. Run daily reports, for sales, and enter deposits for bank.

Various production line jobs, from door wiring, to door glass installation. Became a utility operator, learning over 20 jobs in my work area, and being "loaned" out to other departments as needed. I was the quality leader of my continuous improvement work group. Directly working with coworkers, and management, to help eliminate quality issues, and improve the overall quality of work our group produced.
