Promanas oversees and manages every aspect of investing in real estate - vetting hundreds of potential acquisitions and development opportunities to find an acceptable project. All assets are managed in-house and operated with strict oversight.Anthony oversaw the operation and management of assets in Promanas’ funds, managed the due diligence and analysis of potential acquisitions, & oversaw the disposition of owned assets. After establishing the property management arm of the company, he directed the property management team, established leasing efforts, and monitors annual budgets to meet investor distribution criteria. Additionally, he was actively engaged in developing projects from securing city approvals, to design, leasing and construction of commercial real estate.
