· Initiate sites by reviewing RFDS/CDs to create a scope of work for the contractor.· Responsible for ordering all materials to complete site build per RFDS/CD’s/MA/SA.· Create site packages to send out to contractors for the bidding process.· Awarded sites to GC’s and cut initial purchase orders.· Perform power orders for client (AT&T) as well as.

· Responsible for contacting the GC upon forecasted completions to schedule video quality audit.· Performed live recording with the GC to cover the entire scope of work was completed per the RFDS/CD’s.· Upon completion of the audit, we labeled each portion, inserted 24 Hour photos and any corrections needed before sending off to AT&T for approval.·.

· Acted as single point of contact between the GC and the LCM for materials, scheduling, job execution to include that the site was built per RFDS/CD’s.· Responsible for closeouts both to include 24-hour docs/photos and approval internally as well as over to AT&T.· Covered scope of work with the contractors on the first day on site to assure site was built.

· Performed training as in house Comtrain instructor to all employees.· Accountable for all record keeping of employee certifications/qualifications, DOT program and individual DOT files.· Performed in house safety audits/crew evaluations/employee evaluations.· Walked all New Site Builds prior to crew working them. This included capturing drivers missing.

· Performed in house climbing certifications as a Comtrain instructor as well as kept up to date records of all certifications (RF awareness/CPR/First Aid/DOT/Comtrain)· Responsible for all safety related items (ordering, inspections, audits, etc.)· Responsible for all tower modification bids and job overview (AT&T/Sprint).· Managed 14 tiger teams for AT&T.

· Responsible for all tower top work both tiger team and installs. This involved AT&T and T-Mobile work.· Advanced up to a crew lead running installs, responsible for closeouts and crew/time management.· Promoted to crew management, tracking, billing, job walks and customer relationships.
