The WILLFUL Foundation Inc. is an IRS Section 501(c)(3) public charity devoted to passionately advocating for the disabled and low income families primarily in Marlboro County (SC). Executive Director serves as chief executive officer of the corporation and shall, subject to the control of the board of directors, supervises and controls the affairs of the corporation and the activities of the officers and work alongside community leaders, executive directors, major donors/funders, government officials, and senior staff/board members. Performs all duties incident to office and such other duties as may be required by law, by the articles of incorporation, or by these bylaws, or which may be prescribed from time to time by the board of directors. Presides at all meetings of the board of directors and at all meetings of the members. Executes deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts, checks, or other instruments which may from time to time be authorized by the board of directors.

Provides day-to-day guidance on aspects of the Federal Government’s equal employment opportunity programs, e.g., affirmative employment, complaint processing and compliance monitoring activities, in accordance with Section 717 of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, Section 501 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, and Executive Order 11478, as amended by Executive Order 12106.

Responsible for administering test materials and monitoring to applicants to deter dishonesty and uphold academic integrity of the University; Collects, orders, interprets, and reports various types of University data to the Dean of School of Business; Assists with departmental exhibitions, special projects, seminars, academic research, and conferences.

Instrumental in the start-up of numerous accounts; Demonstrated versatility and dedication by learning, cross training, and managing several different accounts; Analyzed financial data and reports using qualitative and quantitative methods; Managed accounts with over 10 MM annual budget; Supervised 7 office employees & 20 drivers and ensuring proper maintenance of various company vehicles; Evaluated overall logistic process effectiveness; Modernized and transformed current business operations and support systems and modified logistics strategic planning; Responsible for financial accountability for Profit and Loss (P&L) accuracy, billing, yearly budgeting, and turnover goals; Developed customer relationship that were profitable and ensured retention; Ensured long term retention of established accounts; Implemented and maintained compliance with safety programs established by the company; Provided training to ensure compliance with local, state, federal, OSHA, and DOT regulations; Responsible for several new business development projects.

Served as the Automated Logistics NCOIC, dealing with the coordination and consolidation of the class IX supply items; turn-in of excess parts and received class IX items; compiles equipment readiness reports; established and maintained operations records; responsible for tracking and maintaining records for over 1,000 prices of equipment. Specialized in unit level Maintenance Administrative data entry using the Standard Army Maintenance System Enhanced (SAMSE) computer. Responsible for training, development, counseling and welfare of over 10 Soldiers.
