Also responsible for Project Management of all Corporate Actions website development portals, which included Disney's acquisition of Twenty First Century Fox, Pepsi's acquisition of Sodastream, and Vale as well as many more.-Acts as the primary contact for external and internal clients and staff-Responsible for the management and improvement of internal and external systems development and analysis for FX systems used-Responsible for the planning, execution, management and completion of on-going and ad-hoc projects for various Corporate Actions business units.-Oversees implementation of project results in departmental workflows or processes, including development of training programs.-Identifies appropriate resources needed and effectively coordinates a multitude of activities within Corporate Actions-Responsible for all interest contract negotiation with clients, Daily Incoming and Outgoing Funding and Control Cash Manegement- Project Management and Website Development for all Corporate Actions web portals.
