My role included meeting monthly quotas on sales of wireless service, tv, internet and Business Services. During my time at AT&T I took every opportunity to learn more, I have 6 years experience in B2B Sales, Account Management and Manager on Duty. Our goal was building rapport to create return customers and offering a complete solution to customers to grow the business. I helped bring the business in from outside through cold calling, Salesforce follow up/leads, setting up events.I began filling in as Assistant Manager in 2018 and doing table touches, coaching of reps, side by side reviews of transactions, partaking in hiring of new employees and managing audit preparation at the store. I consistently hit numbers across the board. I often times would fill in for reps and managers at other locations when they were short or needed help as I could assist customers and close down an entire store reliably. I pushed to learn everything I could in my time at ATT from Apple Expert, First Net Expert and Business Expert all of which required strict and consistent quota attainment.

I began in the cafe making drinks, I was good at running the bar and managing customers at the register. My manager time management and ability to upsell was noticed quickly and I was promoted to Shift Lead and I accepted. This management role included making the employee’s monthly schedules, positioning employees at different stations for optimal efficiency during their shift. My role also included monitoring product inventory and reducing waste. I would train new employees and maintain a positive atmosphere in the store. Opening and closing of the store and making sure it was prepared for audit. I would assist in the interview process and hiring of new employees as well as the training progress.

I started as a barista in the cafe that sold Starbucks licensed products and beverages. We baked pastries, cookies and maintained a certain level of availability to prevent waste but also anticipate needs. I liked upselling in the cafe, it felt like a personal challenge. I was cross trained as a bookseller and then took over as event coordinator. My role included orchestrating book readings, author signings and kids costume/events. I took initiative and with my background from cafe I pushed samples of drinks to the events which was very successful in doubling numbers for the cafe as well as pushing memberships for savings at the event, management definitely noticed. I received recognition for my numbers and was moved to the cashier area where I saw more opportunities for membership sales. I doubled the current Head Cashier’s numbers and I was then offered the Head Cashier Position. I accepted it and my job entailed planning monthly schedules of all employees, overseeing all cash flow and payments in the store and training new employees. As Head Cashier I was also responsible for inventory in/out, Quota Attainment and part of hiring process of new employees.
