Contracted to provide marketing and business development consultancy to a leading travel technology company; 15below’s passenger communications platform is employed by 55 of the world’s airlines and travel management companies. As well as contributing to the growth and success of the commercial team, my key role was in supporting the day-to-day marketing communications of the company aimed at aiding customer-retention as well as to target and develop potential prospects within a highly competitive, but limited market place. These responsibilities include:o Planning, budgeting and implementation of multi-channel marketing strategies.o Ensuring that all digital and print communications maintained and upheld the company’s brand and its positioning as a thought leader in the marketplace.o Planning, implementation and measurement of automated email campaigns.o Copywriting for websites, blog, case studies and social media channels.o Introduction and maintenance of Salesforce CRM system that grew potential contacts from 400 to over 5,000 airline and TMC decision makers. o Briefing and evaluation of third-party suppliers to achieve the company’s strategic and design goals.o Identifying and reacting to threats from competitor companies and their products.o Analysis and measurement of all marketing channels against KPI and evaluating ROI.

Worked on visual marketing and social media channels in Qatar for SMEs and organisations operating in a wide range of sectors – including Tourism/Leisure, Construction/Engineering, FMCG and charities.- Planning, generation and performance monitoring of content for social media marketing across a range of platforms to maximise exposure, awareness and sustain engagement - Budget, execute and measure Google, Instagram and Facebook ads campaigns.- Development of Wordpress websites including content copywriting and photography and implementing long-term SEO campaigns- Production, direction and scriptwriting for corporate, promotional and educational videos.
